These unique change purses were created using upcycled saree fabric that was embellished by some of our artisan ladies with traditional India kantha stitching. Ten different sarees were used, which means that even within the same pattern each bag will be unique. The bag pictured may not be the one you receive.
These change purses were made by hand by a talented tailor in Jaipur, India. He works with his sons to create many of Dekko's beautiful textile products, which allows him to help keep his grandkids in school while also affording an occasional treat for them.
The bags are trimmed with fun gold beads, lined with a natural colored fabric and close with a brass zipper pull.
